- Well prognosis
- Well work-over programs
- Well siting and pad preparation
- Well design
- Bid preparation and tender evaluation
- Procurement
- Drilling supervision
- Well testing
- Stimulation
- Inspections of rigs and equipment materials
Geophysical Services
We provide expert consultation in all aspects of geology and rock mechanics such as geological mapping, soil and bedrock surveying, exploration drilling, groundwater studies, evaluation of borrow areas and rock quality assessments.
Before exploitation of potable water sources from either wells or boreholes, seepage and capacity, assessments for the geologic strata must be studied. Hydraulic conductivity of soil and/or rock strata must be evaluated and seepage and pumping tests conducted.
Rock mechanics involves evaluating the characteristics and quality of bedrock for various types of structures. Research and tests are done on the bedrock to determine its strength, structural stiffness and stability for foundation, rock slopes, rock anchors, rock grouting etc.
Health, Safety, Environmental and Impact Assessment
Production Optimization
We have been in the forefront of the consulting firms that work on Environmental Impact Assessments, Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA) and Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA). The emphasis is to find solutions that reduce or compensate for the potential impacts of construction both in construction phases and operational phases
.
Health, Safety, Environment and Community
AAEMI and its partners are committed to providing a healthy work environment to all its employees and sub-contractors. This ensures that everyone who works in, on or about an AAEMI project is safe and free from any harm at all times.
AAEMI ensures that all tasks that are carried out on its projects are completed safely with all hazards being removed, reduced and controlled thus no harm to any personnel, the public or the environment. These hazards are managed through AAEMI’s Risk Management Plans and Procedures.
AAEMI is committed to ensuring that any project it undertakes has a minimal impact on the environment, ensuring that all works are carried out within the allocated boundaries set out by the authorities. We report any hydrocarbon spill, manage and facilitate the clean-up of the area and dispose of the contaminated materials as approved by the authorities. AAEMI ensures that a waste disposal facility is available to manage the waste produced during its projects.
AAEMI is committed to working with the communities in which it operates. We employ the local community to assist with the project development and construction. AAEMI takes into account the community’s requirements and expectations to ensure that there is a long-lasting relationship between AAEMI and the community.
Geothermal Exploration
Geothermal Exploration
Geothermal exploration is the bridge between early-stage ideas for geothermal development and fully committed planning and start-up of geothermal production. The knowledge obtained through exploration is the basis for an assessment of energy-producing potential and the subsequent creation of engineering plans and construction cost estimates. Accurate information from the exploration stage is crucial to assess not only the overall viability of energy production but the detailed physical challenges of drilling, operational expectations and costs.
Our geothermal exploration team offers the full range of services within geothermal exploration and development. The AAEMI team can manage the entire geothermal exploration effort, from initial reconnaissance stage to resource management of the developed geothermal field, or defined parts of the process as the client desires.

Geothermal Power Plants
Geothermal Power Plants
We are leaders in engineering and design of geothermal power plants with vast experience world-wide. AAEMI designs flash steam and binary geothermal power plants as well as combined heat and power (CHP) plants tailored to match specific resource conditions.
The specific geothermal power plant configurations must match the heat resource to maximize its potential and should also take into account a variety of other criteria e.g. market, infrastructure, legislation, social and environmental needs. Geothermal utilization is cost effective, reliable and environmentally friendly.

Hydrogen Energy
Hydrogen Energy
AAEMI has partnered with Hydrogen Energy, an Australian Company that develops and provides green energy solutions engineered and operated specifically for the unique attributes and requirements for each project.
Hydrogen is increasingly seen as an essential ingredient in optimising the energy system, with governments and global corporations investing in developing technology and business solutions.
We provide optimised power supply that is both reliable and available 24/7 producing a clean quality wave form and whilst minimising the cost of production that is competitive.
Hydrogen Energy’s business is built up on two pillars: the Hydrogen Hubs and the Microgrids. The Hydrogen Hubs are strategically located facilities in coastal locations which are primarily focused on transport, heavy industry and export markets.
The Microgrids are smaller facilities located in remote locations servicing the resource industry and small communities.
Hybrid solar PV / wind + diesel + storage
Hybrid solar PV / wind + diesel + storage
AAEMI has partnered with AC Change, an Australian Company specializing in green field projects mainly in maintenance, repair and modification of equipment to suit their client’s needs. AC Change has extensive control system engineering skills and brings with it the extensive communication and automation requirements needed for remote control of renewable energy power stations.
AC Change has been manufacturing mining electrical sub stations, high voltage equipment, switch boards and distribution boards for many years.
AC Change designs, develops and manufactures off grid solar hybrid power stations in containerized versions for the use in remote regions and in disaster relief regions. Their system is highly mobile with only the solar array requiring installation when it arrives on site. These small systems are built in such a way that the system is ready to provide power when it arrives on site and generally the single 20’ container system requires only two technicians to assemble, commission and test it.
